CoinLix ("the app", "we", "us") is a casual games and rewards app published by an independent developer for the Indian market. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the CoinLix Android app and this page.
CoinLix collects the minimum needed to keep your coin balance safe across devices and to run the referral program:

We do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, or files.
We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to running the app, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the infrastructure providers that run CoinLix:
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the security of the app and its users.
You can use CoinLix without signing in. In guest mode, your coins and activity are stored only on your device (never uploaded to our servers) and are lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data. Signing in with Google later carries your guest progress into your synced account.
Your account data is protected by Firebase security rules that restrict every user's data to that user alone — no other account can read or write it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard practices throughout.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at the address below — we'll action verified requests within 30 days.
CoinLix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
CoinLix does not currently show third-party ads — in-app "watch an ad to claim" moments are placeholders while the reward economy is tuned. If real ad partners are introduced, this policy will be updated first, and ad networks will only receive the minimum data required for ad delivery under their own privacy terms.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will update the "last updated" date above; continued use of CoinLix after a change means you accept the revised policy.

How to permanently delete your CoinLix account, coin balance, and personal data.
CoinLix does not yet have an in-app self-service delete button, so deletion requests are handled by email:
This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — any unredeemed coin balance is also removed.
If you used CoinLix without signing in, your data was only ever stored on your device and never uploaded to our servers. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage from your phone's Settings deletes it immediately — no email request needed.
